Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines may not be returned. We do not accept either intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial reimbursements are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Open CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl discs
Any item not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing reimbursement (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often a delay in processing before the reimbursement is made.

Refunds if products never arrived (if applicable)

For the case of parcels with long delay,  we can't refund the order who is still in transit please check the state on the top right of your tracking link.
If it turn to expired state we will refund you in time if we can't send you another parcel for any reasons.
If products are damaged in any manner, we need pictures for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to and we will inform you of the procedure.

If the item was marked as a gift when buying and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item has been returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the dealer has received the order thereafter, we will send a refund to the dealer and inquire about your return.

To return your product, send us an email to and we will inform you of the procedure.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your traded product to come to you may vary.

If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
